Dr. Bode is a former “Teaching Physician of the Year” received from the Duluth Family Practice Residency Program in 2003. He is also a former Mercy Hospital Chief of Staff and Gateway Physician Medical Director. He is currently on the Integrity Health board of medical directors helping shape physicians’ quality goals. He brings over 16 years of quality medical care experience and patient advocacy.
Outside interests: Youth coaching, baseball, the Minnesota Twins, basketball, hiking, canoeing, playing the trumpet, cooking on the grill, spending time with his great family– wife Kelly and four energetic children.
Faith Manty, NP

Faith sees patients for primary care and urgent care services. Her work experience includes over 11 years of family medicine practice as a nurse practitioner plus 15 years of hospital nursing. Though she sees patients with many different types of concerns, she has special expertise in diabetes management and emergency services. Faith is Board-certified family nurse practitioner.
Faith grew up in Moose Lake and currently lives in Moose Lake. She has three children Julia, Logan and Garrett. Julia and Logan are in college and Garrett is in high school. Faith has volunteered with the Sturgeon Lake Fire Department and First Responders, Birch Creek Township, MN Deer Hunters Association and the Moose Lake/ Willow River Rebels Touchdown Club. Faith enjoys living and working in a small town community. Faith sees patients in Cromwell on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
